FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions

How will I know when my cleaning days are?
-
3 ways:
- During sign up, you will receive a welcome email with your first service date.
- Log into your account: when you log onto your account, click on the sidebar on the “Subscription details” tab to see when your next cleaning is.
- Text alerts: We try to make it easier on you by sending text messages the night before your cleaning, as well as the morning of your cleaning when our driver is on their way. When signing up make sure to select that you want to receive SMS text messages for this feature to work.
How often should bins be cleaned?
Quarterly visits are our most popular option, yet our monthly service plan is ideal for larger families with more waste accumulation.
What if I need to reschedule my cleaning?
Log into your account: On the left hand side of the account is a tab labeled “Availability Calendar”. When you click this, you will be able to select all dates that you are unavailable. Our system will automatically schedule your next visit beyond this date.
Do you offer one time cleanings?
Once you click sign up, you will see our available options to choose from. A one time cleaning is typically more expensive than our recurring visits.
Why don’t you clean on the same day as garbage day?
Most garbage routes have a pickup time for each of their services at different times. For example, garbage can be picked up in the early morning, while yard/compost or recycling is picked up after 3pm.
Due to the inconsistent time schedules, working into the dark makes it unsafe and we know we can almost guarantee the next day it all cans will be empty, and ready for a full cleaning and sanitizing service.
